Was That The Weekend??

Well another weekend goes by in a blur....unfortunately its not always possible to do lots of lovely creative stuff at the weekends when you have little ones, but we did manage to make this gorgeous cake. Its Jamie Oliver's Hummingbird Cake from his Monday night Comfort Food show. We couldn't quite stretch to the edible flowers he added, although my little girl suggested maybe adding her Lego flowers ?? Its full of banana, pineapple and pecans and covered in an icing made with cream cheese with a hint of lime. Very delicious and naughty!!!
